Closure of Centers
The Community Family has closed its four centers to prevent and slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We have made this difficult decision based on the recommendations of the CDC. We are monitoring the situation daily to determine when we can reopen. Our nursing and social service staff will be keeping in touch with participants to offer assistance.
