The Community Family is an independent, non-profit organization governed by a volunterr Board of Directors comprised of community leaders, health care professionals, business leaders, social service providers and consumers of our services. The Board of Directors is deeply invested in the organization, offering strong support and guidance.

    Anne M. Marchetta, MSW - Executive Director

    For more than two decades Anne has provided leadership to The Community Family. Prior to joining TCF Anne was Executive Director of another adult day health organization. She is Treasurer of the Massachusetts Adult Day Services Association and on the Board of a residential community for seniors in Weymouth.  Ms. Marchetta oversaw the construction of the Everett center and the capital campaign raising support for this beautiful modern center.

    Marion Dunn, RN - Program Director, Everett Center

    Marion has worked at TCF for 20 years leading our very successful Everett center. She helped oversee the smooth transition of the Everett program to our modern Wyllis Ave. location. Marion has an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare system including geriatric, rehab and community based services. Her previous experience includes as an OR nurse at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

    Dianne Aurilio-Luther, RN
    Program Director, Medford Center

    Dianne joined the Medford center in March 2022. She had 10 years of adult day health experience as a nurse and service coordinator. Dianne brings strong geriatric community health experience.
    She was a public health nurse in Burlington and a nurse advocate for the Reading Senior Center. Dianne brings her love of geriatrics and her Alzheimer’s expertise to the Medford center.

    Ashley Cimino - Program Director/Service
    Coordinator, Dutton Center In Wakefield

    Ashley joined TCF in May of 2019 as Service Coordinator of the Dutton center and became Program Director in 2021. Ashley brings strong elder services experience from her previous positions at Merrimack Valley Elder Services and at another adult day health program. Ashley brings both elder care and mental health expertise to her position at TCF.
