Adult
Day Health Services are designed for those
who want to live independently in the community
but have a health condition which needs regular
monitoring including: diabetes, high blood pressure,
or complications caused by stroke or heart attack
Our
Philosophy of Care is rooted in a deep respect
for the dignity and self-worth of each individual.
Our programs emphasize feelings of accomplishment,
self-worth and belonging. Individualized care plans
recognize the unique circumstance of each participant
and their family.
